The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) would like to invite you to engage with our members by becoming an Allied Member of our association. The Allied Member Program has been created to promote communication among all members of the agricultural aviation industry. This membership will give you the opportunity to talk business, network with operators and pilots face-to-face, share ideas and develop solutions to industry challenges.
We would love to have you join us at our 59th Annual Convention January 14-16, 2022 at the Downtown Little Rock.
If you are interested in being an exhibitor at our convention, we would love to see you Friday, January 14 - Sunday, January 16, 2022 in Downtown Little Rock. This year we have several different sponsorship availaable and we now have Online Registration or our Allied Members!
All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booths for $150. Exhibitor set up will take place in Salons A, B and C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott from 10am - 3:00 pm on Friday, January 14th, with tear down taking place on Sunday, January 16th or at the conclusion of the Frost Reception and Auction on Saturday evening.
To reserve your room at the conference rate contact the hotel directly at 1.877.759.6290 or the will be a link soon to reserve your room online. The conference rate is $109/night. The cut off date for the discounted room is December 23, 2021 so please reserve your room as soon as possible.
Early online registration will close on January 1, 2022. Please register at your earliest convenience. Registrations after the 1st and onsite registration are highly discouraged as we need as much advance notice as possible in order to make the appropriate accommodations for the group.
