A photograph of the entrant and short biography should be provided on a separate page.
Manuscripts may be sent electronically or mailed. Electronic submissions should be sent as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org . If the essay is sent by mail it must be postmarked by September 1, 2019 and mailed to:
Jenny Folden, Scholarship Chair

Receipt of the essay will be acknowledged. The winners will be notified by phone and letter and recognized at the 2020 AAAA Convention in Little Rock. The Scholarship will be awarded for the Fall Semester of 2019.
Note: This year’s essay theme is not the same as the one being used for the NAAA Support Committee contest. However, we do encourage applicants to also submit their entry to the national essay contest. See the NAAA website for more information and guidelines at http://www.agaviation.org/
