The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) would like to invite you to engage with our members by becoming an Allied Member of our association. The Allied Member Program has been created to promote communication among all members of the agricultural aviation industry. This membership will give you the opportunity to talk business, network with operators and pilots face-to-face, share ideas and develop solutions to industry challenges.  

If you are interested in being an exhibitor at our convention, we would love to see you Friday, January 5 - Sunday January 7, 2024 at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.

Sponsorship opportunities can be found HERE!  All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booth, but if you need additional space please contact our office. Exhibitor set up will take place in Ballrooms C & B  from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Friday, January 5th, with tear down taking place on Sunday, January 7th or at the conclusion of the Frost Reception & Auction.  (Booths may not be torn down before the end of the reception.)

While this is a new venue, our sessions will again be on the same floor and right night door to our exhibit hall so you will have great networking opportunities during our vendor breaks.  Also this year, our Saturday night reception will have some free alcoholic beverages and the auction will be now put on by the AAAA. Please don't forget to bring an item to be auctioned off at the reception.

We are very excited about the new location but know this may bring up some questions from participants so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call!
