The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) would like to invite you to engage with our members by becoming an Allied Member of our association. The Allied Member Program has been created to promote communication among all members of the agricultural aviation industry. This membership will give you the opportunity to talk business, network with operators and pilots face-to-face, share ideas and develop solutions to industry challenges.

for our Allied Members!
All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booths for $150 but if you need additional space please contact our office. Exhibitor set up will take place in Salons A, B and C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott from 10 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 4th, with tear down taking place on Monday January 6th or at the conclusion of the Frost Reception and Auction around 7:30 PM.
We have been working incredibly hard to address your comments and concerns from last year, and we believe we have an exciting conference layout that will be beneficial to both you and our membership.
To reserve your room at the conference rate contact the hotel directly at (501) 906-4000 or clink here for online reservations. The conference rate is $115/night for a single and $125/double. The cut off date for the discounted room is December 21, 2019 so please reserve your room as soon as possible.
Early registration will close on Saturday, December 39, 2018. Please register at your earliest convenience. Registrations after the 29th and onsite registration are highly discouraged as we need as much advance notice as possible in order to make the appropriate accommodations for the group.
